How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment easily by calling our direct line at 094211555 or by visiting our clinic during working hours.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid ID, your previous medical records or eye glass prescriptions, and any relevant insurance documents.
What are the clinic working hours?
Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekends are reserved for emergencies only.
Can I send photos for an online evaluation?
